The Body Shop Haul

Recently, I've been going a bit crazy with online shopping due to the January sales and the fact that I have a slight severe addiction to online shopping. I was so happy when I found a 40% voucher for  The Body Shop (TBS), as I do quite love a bargain! I quite love TBS's Body Butters but at £16 a pot, it's a bit of a 'leave it' situation, as I can't quite justify spending £16 on a pot of cream, when my usual cream is under a fiver!
I got the Cocoa Butter Body Butter for my mother as part of her Mother's Day present as she requested it and The Dreams Unlimited one, I got just to try out. When in store, I tried the Olive Oil, Papaya, and Passion Fruit ones, and loved them so added them to my wishlist. I also tried out the Vanilla, Almond, Brazil Nut and Mango but I'm not really a fan of those ones.  I'm starting to build quite a collection of these, and next on my list is obviously the Strawberry one however it was out of stock, when I got these beauties, so hopefully I'll have better luck next time.

Clockwise: Cocoa Body Butter, Peppermint Intensive Foot Rescue, Dreams Unlimited Body Butter, Olive Oil Body Butter, Papaya Body Butter, Passion Fruit Body Butter.

FYI: The Body Shop UK is currently having another 40% sale online and in-store on everything including sales items. The voucher code is 19804 :)

Have any of you tried TBS's Body Butters, if so what one/(s) is/are your favourite/(s)? P.S. If you have any recommendations for me to try out, do let me know in the comments section below :)

How To Wear Monochrome

Hi Dolls,

Today's post shall be a tad different to usual, as I've decided to cover one fashion trend a month on #LAM. This month's post is about the 'Monochrome' fashion trend and is the first in the series.

I think my fave item in the picture below has to be the ASOS 3D effect bag. At £40 it is a bit pricey for a clutch, but this clutch will defintely add some flavour to an all black/ white outfit, whilst adding that extra pizazz to your outfit!

In the look below, I've gone for a simple but chic look! As the monochrome is featured quite strongly on the top and bottom half, I decided to break up the look, with all-black boots. I've been eyeing up these bad boys for a while in New Look now and I must say I do think they are a staple piece- they're so versatile and trendy that I deffo think you'll get your money's worth for them!

I'm really loving block/platform heels, as someone who can't walk in heels, I find the chunkier heel so much more comfortable to walk in and a deffo-must try for those who struggle with the thinner heels! You literally can't feel the pain in these, and you can actually keep these on all night, without having to look for flats to change into! In this look, I've opted for a simple midi, as both footwear options are contrasted you don't really want the dress to be too loud! Complete with a leather biker jacket to toughen the look up or a fur coat to add a touch of glam-chic!
